Keeping recent backups of your installed applications is a good idea. In case something goes wrong, you will have a backup to restore.
1) Click Create Backup.
2) Click Next to get started.
3) Select the files that should be included in the backup.
4) Click Next.
5) Click Submit.
6) Click Complete.
