Welcome — here’s the shortest path from “I just paid” to “my site and email work.”

Checklist

1. Find your welcome email — cPanel username, temporary password hints, server hostname, and nameservers.
2. Log in to billing — client area. Set a strong password; enable 2FA when you can.
3. Open cPanel — Services → My Services → Login to cPanel (full steps).
4. Point your domain — set nameservers to ns1–ns4.4goodhosting.com (guide). Allow a few hours for DNS.
5. Install your site — WordPress via Toolkit or Softaculous (install WordPress), or request our free website transfer on annual billing.
6. Turn on HTTPS — AutoSSL + force HTTPS (guide).
7. Create email — cPanel → Email Accounts (guide).
8. Save passwords in a password manager. Never email them to anyone (including “support” scams).
