Open Gmail

Go to https://mail.google.com and sign in.

Click the Gear Icon

Select "See All Settings" → OR → Click “Themesâ€

In the drop-down panel, click “View all†or “Themes†if it appears directly.

You’ll see a grid of theme options (default, light, dark, nature photos, custom uploads, etc.)
