There could be problems with your ISP's DNS . If this happens, you can use a few tools to help us figure out the problem:

1) Open a Command Window (MS-DOS)

2) Type: ping yourdomain.com or

3) Type: nslookup yourdomain.com or

4) Type: tracert yourdomain.com
