Use this when mail goes to spam, is delayed, or is rejected.
On every domain that sends mail
- Repair SPF and DKIM in Email Deliverability.
- Add a monitoring DMARC record (
p=none) then tighten later. - Send with the same domain in From: as your authenticated domain.
- Use secure client settings (IMAP 993, SMTP 465/587) — #370.
- Check StopSpam quarantine for false positives.
- Avoid spammy link shorteners and huge attachment blasts from shared hosting — use a proper ESP for newsletters when volume grows.
- Confirm the mailbox password wasn’t changed on only one device.
