How do I reset my cPanel and email passwords?

Your account has two different kinds of password. Changing one does not change the other.

Change your cPanel (hosting) password

1. Log in at https://4goodhosting.com/billing2/clientarea.php.
2. Go to Services → My Services and open your hosting plan.
3. Under Actions, choose Change Password, enter a new password, and save.

You can also change it inside cPanel under Preferences → Password & Security.

Change an email account password

1. Log in to cPanel (how to log in).
2. Open Email → Email Accounts.
3. Find the address → Manage → set a new password → save.

Update the password in Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone afterward, or mail will stop syncing.
