Here are some common causes of problems publishing with Front Page:
1) Front Page extensions aren't installed on your account. This can be accomplished from within Cpanel, under the 'Site Management' header.
2) Corrupt extensions due to the use of FTP on front page files, or just general corruption. To fix this, you can uninstall and reinstall the extensions from within your Cpanel
3) You are using Front Page 98, which is no longer compatible with the extensions. (please note that we did not cause this, Microsoft did. There were security holes in the previous version of mod_frontpage and we were forced to upgrade to the newer version which excludes 98 from working)
4) You are publishing incorrectly. Make absolutely sure you are publishing to http://www.yourdomain.com
