Billing portal — invoices, payment methods, and 2FA

Everything about invoices and renewals lives in the client area:

View and pay invoices

1. Log in.
2. Open Billing → Invoices (label may be My Invoices).
3. Open an unpaid invoice and choose an available payment method.
4. Download PDF receipts for your records.

Update payment method

1. Open Billing and the available payment-method or credit-card settings.
2. Add or replace the card on file.
3. Confirm the next renewal date under Services.

Failed renewals usually mean an expired card — update it before the due date to avoid interruption.

Protect the portal that controls your DNS and hosting. Follow How do I enable 2FA? for both billing and cPanel.
