1) Click the Portal Home link
2) Click Order
3) Go to Services
4) Click Order Now
5) Then click Update Cart
6) Click Checkout
7) Choose your method of payment... for now let's select Mail In Payment
8) Click Complete Order
That's it! The new service has been ordered, and the invoice for the new service is displayed on this page
