You log into Site Builder at http://sitebuilder.4goodhosting.com/user click publish at the top right hand corner. Then click publish at the bottom.

Host (IP address or DNS name): sitebuilder.4goodhosting.com
Web site URL: http://yourdomain.com
Working directory: /www/
Authentication type: Specify account
User name: your user name from "Login Information Email"
Password: the one you selected when signing up as in the "Login Information Email"
