Our web servers are Red Hat Enterprise Linux based systems using the latest in server software. We have state of the art software and hardware firewalls which monitor and control our network and servers giving our clients a clean and safe web hosting environment. All the servers run at least Quad core Xeon Processors with 4 Gigabytes of RAM and Big RAID Hard Drives. Our Servers are located in one of the world’s largest data centers in Montreal Canada with redundant UPS, generator backup and smoke detection/fire protection systems, all constantly monitored by trained technicians 24/7/365.

Automated backups of all the Servers are taken everyday to multiple locations (different cities). So there is no chance of a data loss. We have latest billing systems which has automated invoicing system so that you can enjoy your services without any hindrances.  Every customer has his/her own billing login in which one can check billing history and payment options.

Our support system leaves nothing to be desired. We have a manned 24/7 support system (Phone support for escalated problems). Customer can open a ticket and the response time from our end is 2-4 hours max. You can expect a very thorough professional response at the other end.

Our servers are connected to the Internet through powerful 14 Gigabit Ethernet data links from six separate backbone providers. In the event of a failure with one provider, we will still be operating and connected through other upstream providers.
